Bared To You

A Short Friends to Lovers Erotic Romance

“She undresses, hoping to catch her man.”

Sophia wants more from her best friend, Evan. Waiting patiently for him to understand what she feels has not given any results.

So, she throws caution to the wind and invites him to celebrate Nude Day with her. Hoping to get the hot man to do more than stare at her naked body. A lot more.

What more can a girl want?

“Happy National Nude Day,” Sophia said as Evan opened his front door.

He stared at her. She wore only a bathrobe. With a flare, she opened the robe and displayed her naked body.

His eyes opened in shock. “What the fuck?” he asked.

“Isn’t this the right way to celebrate Nude Day?” Sophia asked.

Evan ran his eyes up and down her body. He stopped and stared at her breasts. She could feel her nipples tighten. Not from the cold but because he was staring. He’d never seen her naked. Except for the times they went swimming together. Most of the time, Sophia’s body had been covered in a swimsuit or a towel. If they went skinny-dipping, she stripped while he wasn’t looking and was neck-deep in water when he next saw her.

Evan’s expression was unlike any she’d seen when they were together. He’d never looked at her like this before. As if he hungered for her, wanted to touch her and run his fingertips all over her soft skin. She didn’t want to break the spell. Sophia allowed Evan’s eyes to slowly roam until they stopped at the small patch of hair covering her mound.

“You shave?” he whispered.

“Uhm, yes,” she said.

“Why did you do this?” he suddenly asked her. As if his friendship never included the idea of her standing naked at his door.

Sofia never thought she’d offer herself to someone like this. But she’d recently seen something in Evan’s eyes. She hoped it was the same want and desire that she felt. That there was suddenly something more between them. Something that she hoped to hold on to if she was brave enough to risk their friendship. Risk losing the best friend she’d ever had. The rewards of raising the stakes would make it all worthwhile. If she had read the signs correctly.

Evan’s response caused Sophia to have some doubts. Had she completely misread him? Still, she might as well continue the game. If nothing else, it would be something to laugh about for years to come.

“Spill. Isn’t this the way to celebrate Nude Day?” she asked.

“Not really,” he said.

“Oh.” She lifted her arms in frustration. “Enlighten me then. Aren’t you supposed to be naked?”

“Yeah. You got that part right. But usually, you go to the beach. A nudist beach. Not show up on the doorstep of an unsuspecting friend.”

She laughed and closed her robe again. Giving Evan a broad smile as if she thought it was amusing. “Quit complaining, you moron. It’s not every day a naked woman shows up on your doorstep.”

He laughed heartily. “You can say that again.”

“Are you going to invite me inside?”

“Sure, you don’t want to get dressed first?” He nodded his head to her apartment door right across the hall.

“No. It’s Nude Day. I’ll celebrate the way I like to.”

He shook his head but opened the door to let her in.

“Do any of the neighbours on your part of the building celebrate?”

“I haven’t checked yet,” he said.

“I have a neighbour right opposite of me that celebrates. That’s what gave me the idea.”

“Did you like what you saw?”

“Nah. He was too old for me. Besides, he was only interested in showing a certain part of his body. He’s flashing his dick against the window, hoping to scare the neighbours.”

“So, you decided to flash me instead? Almost gave me a heart attack back there,” he said while he closed the door.

“You can’t get a heart attack just seeing a naked woman,” she said and giggled.

“Why not? I’ve heard of people dying from watching porn.”

“Do they? Maybe it should be illegal then,” Sophia giggled again.

“Are you going to flash my neighbours as well?” he asked with a smile.

“Not really sure. What do you think?”

She loosened the robe a little and let it slide from her shoulders. She held it up with her hands to keep her breasts covered. Evan couldn’t stop himself from looking at her. His eyes roamed over the rounded form of her left shoulder and drifted further down to her still covered breasts.

“Depends what you want to accomplish,” he said in a voice that sounded hoarse.

She stopped breathing when she saw the heat in his eyes. His playful expression was replaced by something more carnal. Something she’d always hoped to see when he looked at her. A warm feeling spread from her chest. She felt her sex lips filling with warm blood, swelling with her desire for the handsome man nearby. One she longed to know more intimately. She took a deep breath.

“Why don’t you join me?” she asked.

“Join you?”

“Naked.”
